Our Services
Maintenance
These are all of our "maintenance" services that we provide. Each one of these services are ones that are either needed once or multiple times a year to keep your yard maintained to its best condition possible.
Full Service Maintenance
This package is our most recommended as its payments are divided into monthly payments and services are scheduled in advance to make your lawn and landscaping needs happen on auto pilot. Must have 3 or more services selected.
Weekly Mowing
Mowing service that includes mowing, trimming, edging and blowing off of all concrete areas.
Shrub trimming
Pruning of your desired shrubs to maintain a healthy size or wanted shape.
Mulching
An application of 1.5" of premium colored mulch to landscape beds to naturally prevent weeds and add a layer of protection to the plants roots.
Landscape bed weed control
Either bi-weekly or monthly visits to pull and spray weeds in landscape beds. Must be on mowing schedule.
Turf Weed Control
Fertilization and weed control of all turf areas.
Fall Clean up
Clean up of all fall debris in landscaping and lawn areas. Also, includes fall cut backs of the desired plants for the season followed with a cut.
Spring Cleanup
Clean up of all debris left over from the winter, i.e. limbs, leaves and mowing of turf.
Aeration and over-seeding
3 inch plug from aeration followed by overseeding with fescue.
Irrigation open or close
Either the open of irrigation or blow out of entire irrigation system. Each visit includes a walk through of the system noting of any broken heads or noticeable lines.
Installation
Below are our installation services that are improvements to your property.
Landscape Lighting
Design and installation of landscape lighting system to illuminate areas, home, landscaping or objects.
Rock Installation
Installation of decorative rock to landscape beds as replacement to mulch.
Pine-straw intallation
Application of pine-straw to landscape bed as a replacement for mulch.
Tree Planting
Planting of trees in customers desired locations.
Shrub Planting
Planting of shrubs in customers desired locations.
Landscape bed installation
Design and layout of cutting in a new landscape bed for planting.
Retaining wall
Design and installation of landscape wall to retain soil from eroding.
Paver Patio
Design and installation of pavers to create a patio area/
Irrigation System
Installation of complete irrigation system of turf zones or landscape zones.
Sod Laying
Installation of premium bermuda, zoyzia or fescue sod.
